Raïm marselan de la vinya del Sumidor. De les últimes vinyes collides tot esperant que les pells es desfessin a la boca.
Encubat en una lletera de 1000 litres per treballar-lo tot manualment.
Maceració/fermentació amb pells durant 10 dies amb dos “bazuqueos” diaris. Llevats del mateix raïm. Pas per bota durant 12 mesos. Marselan grapes from the Sumidor vineyard. Among the last vineyards harvested, in anticipation of the skins melting in the mouth.
Vatted in a 1,000-litre milk churn to ensure everything is done manually.
Maceration/fermentation with skins for 10 days with two daily punch-downs. Natural yeast from the grapes themselves. Aged in barrels for 12 months.Vi sense additius ni adjuvants, sense filtrat i sense sulfits afegits. Pot presentar sediments.A wine with no additives or adjuvants, unfiltered and with no added sulphites. May contain sediment.A la vista: Color roig picota.To the eye: Cherry-red colour.En nas: Nas intens, i expressiu, fruita madura, com les panses, també figues seques, amb fons balsàmic. On the nose: An intense and expressive nose featuring ripe fruit, such as raisins, and also dried figs, with a balsamic backdrop.En boca: Boca mineral, ample. I amb tanins molt sedosos. Acidesa equilibrada amb la dolçor dels tanins. Vi 100% Garraf. Persistent, per repetir.On the palate: Minerality, broad and with very silky tannins. The acidity is balanced by the sweetness of the tannins. 100% Garraf wine. Persistent, worth repeating.Versàtil. Marida amb carns guisades, brases, formatges curats, plats de pasta… també amb postres de xocolata i fruita vermella.
Servir a temperatura ambient.Versatile. Pairs well with stewed meats, chargrilled dishes, mature cheeses, pasta dishes, etc., and also with chocolate desserts and red berries.
