Grapes originating from Cueva de Antrull, grown in very limestone-rich Quaternary soils. The unique terrain severely limits the amount of land that can be cultivated.

Wine made with Merlot grapes from Cueva de Antrull.
After being picked by hand, the grapes are destemmed and trodden before going into stainless steel tanks where they ferment and macerate for 10 days at a controlled temperature. They are pumped over and punched down to get the best colour and structure.
Once alcoholic and malolactic fermentation are complete, the wine is aged in three-year-old barrels for 9 months. It is then lightly clarified and filtered before bottling.
To the eye: Bright cherry red with violet reflections and purple tones that convey its youth.

On the nose: Highly varietal with echoes of raspberry and violets, accompanied by subtle barrel tones.

On the palate: Fresh and endowed with great finesse. Long finish.
A highly versatile wine, perfect for pairing with cold meats and all types of meat in general, as well as legumes and pasta.
Serve at 17-18°C.
