Cold maceration in the press to extract the full aromatic potential, followed by gentle pressing and cold static settling. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 17 days at 14°C.
Post-fermentation processing with fine lees for a couple of months.
To the eye: Pale pink with violet reflections.

On the nose: Aromas of red berries dominate – strawberry and raspberry with a subtle mineral touch.

On the palate: Fresh, with notes of sweet strawberry, endowed with great finesse. Lingering finish.
Ideal for accompanying starters, risottos, white meats, as well as pasta and fish with juice.
