Grapes from the Mariano vineyard, planted in 1944, where the maturity of the vines imparts a natural balance.
Light skin maceration, followed by gentle pressing and cold static settling. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 14 days at 15°C.

Once fermentation is complete, the wine is stirred with the fine lees (yeast) through a process known as “batonnage” to give it more unctuosity and body on the palate.
To the eye: Pale yellow, clean and bright.

On the nose: Highly varietal with hints of white flowers, touches of white fruit and a citrus background.

On the palate: Fresh and exquisitely balanced. Full-bodied, oily and mature.
Perfect with cold meats, white meats, vegetables, pasta and fish.
Serve at 8°C.
